Go to the public ticket portal, fill in your staff details, select department and help topic, then submit your issue with a clear description.

Use the Check Status page with your ticket number and email address to view replies, upload additional information and close/reopen a ticket.

What Happens When a Ticket is Escalated

Tickets that breach SLA without response are escalated from Supervisor to Director and EC according to the configured workflow. Tickets already replied to or being worked on are not escalated further.
